Poy Sippi, WI's Sewage Cleanup Team, Full PPE Every Job

Blackwater contamination poses real health risk, unlike clean-water leaks, which is why it needs a different protocol.

We'll assess which materials must go and which can be treated and kept.

Our disinfection products meet EPA-registered standards for Category 3 water, not generic cleaner.

We don't close the file until air and surface checks pass.

Often yes, especially for sudden sewer backups, though coverage varies by policy — we can help document the loss for your claim.

Immediately — the longer contaminated water sits, the further bacteria and odor can spread into surrounding materials.
